To me it's Kaman, Blake, Wright, Freeland and Barton with CJ on the edge depending on how he finishes preseason.

T-Rob or Stotts starts with a D-

If it's not T-Rob and CJ, along with Blake and Kaman, I totally agree with you. CJ and Robinson are our "must develop" players. If he fails to develop them then he should be fired.

I'm living in fear that Biebs will be in the rotation....

CJ had the worst bench player game on the roster against Denver. Very Nolan Smithish..I think TRob is in the doghouse for something or he'd play. He made the rotation last season. I like both these guys but the question is really, who's got Stotts favor so far in the preseason? Stotts is not getting fired and shouldn't

I think so far, Barton beat CJ and Freeland beat TRob. That could change over the next 3 games. Wright is playing better than TRob and Freeland so far

The only dead certs are Blake and Kaman. Most likely after that is Freeland. I think Wright gets a bigger role, too. In other words: the boring older guys.

I definitely add Barton to the list. Someone has to represent the youth! Will's not boring or old

Barton still plays too out of control, that is why I don't think he will crack the first 5 off.

I think it is Blake - CJ - Wright - TRob - Kaman

Are you basing your opinion on one game?

Kaman, Blake, Barton, Freeland and T rob. Cj doesn't look like he can get it together in time

Nope, I'm basing on the games he's played against NBA competition...and he's not doing much better against LA's scrubs tonight either

Don't get me wrong, I want CJ to be a good player, he's just not looked good since the Haifa game (which was also only 1 game)

Blake, CJ, wright , Robinson, and Kaman.

CJ had a great second half and played really well for a stretch, kept his edge for minutes..Will didn't have a great game tonight.

I think CJ has the backup 2. But 3 and 4 are in a 3 way race. Stotts went with T-Rob in the playoffs and he did well, so not sure why he'd have lost his job over the summer. Allen Crabbe is dark horse for backup SF.

I think the Blazers should sign Walt Williams. During his last sent here, he shot 44% from 3, and every time he made one, Bill Schonley would say, "That's why we GOT him!"

At this point, I have very little interest in playing Freeland, Leonard, or Crabbe. I wouldn't mind trying out Claver with Blake and Kaman.

Blake, Wright, Kaman.

Then Freeland for "big" spot minutes, and CJ and Will fighting for minutes based on matchup, injury, etc.

Robinson, Leonard, Clever, Crabbe out in the cold

Freeland is too boring. We already have a ton of stability in Blake and Kaman. We need some spice in this soup Brian! Give me some TROB!

I really like what Barton brings. I think a rotations of Blake, Kaman, McCollum and Barton is a pretty solid bench. Hopefully Wright can step his game up this year as well.

What's disturbing and it could have been an off night or the Lakers might have been that good is most of these guys played more than 25 mins and only one of them cracked more than 13 points and he labored for it.

But I think the vets and the guys who make the less mistakes will get the time. Blake, Kaman, Freeland, Wright and it's up to Barton, McCollum and TRob to come to play the way most feel they can. Freeland shouldn't be getting any time ahead of TRob. McCollum should be forcing the coaches hand to play as should Barton.

Not sure why Wright is mentioned here.

I said this last night, but he's become a shooter who can't really shoot. Unless we want a small lineup and have him slide to 4 on occasion, I don't see him getting mins.

TRob needs to play but he won't. I think the thumb thing took away from a lot of development time. Leonard has a hold on that backup 4 position in my mind. Has a serious Channing Frye vibe going right now-- I'm intrigued to see how he'll develop, and I did not see this coming a few months ago.

CJ will play 1/2 for ~15mpg. Write this down.

So I put Kaman, Blake, CJ, and Leonard as our 6-9 players who will get minutes every game. TRob/Free/Willy next who might get in depending on foul situations/matchups. Then DWright and Vic in case of blowouts.

Does 3 white guys off the bench equal disaster?
