I just drove by LaMarcus Aldridge's house....it has a for sale sign outside of it. Does it mean anything?

620AM first reported that he had cancelled various services in Portland.

Btw, Amy is Dwight's new protege. She could just be pushing buttons like Dwight did.

It probably means he's planning to buy a nicer place with his megamillions.

Or perhaps that he and the Rhino share financial advisors.

Exactly. He's either leaving or buying a mansion now that hes gonna get a 9 figure contract.

I've never even heard of her before. But she is the only one on record saying that she feels both LA and Wes are gone. It's now apparently become an agenda for her as she is out to build her case with any bit of info.

Very similar to her boss John Canzano.

This Amy Schwartz needs to get rekt, has she said ANYTHING positive about the team since she started coveting the team?

Fucking Portland media...

Didn't this come up a few years ago when the rumors of LA wanting out first arose?

My sister knew Z-Bo was selling his house a few weeks before he was traded; she worked for John L Scott at the time.

When his house sells that would mean that Aldridge wouldn't have any place (of his own) to stay in the Portland area as of right now that is. Interesting!

He could stay at his stalker's apartment.

I sat next to Amy on press row in the playoffs. She is the one 2 days after Quick's "One unnamed player says LMA won't be back" article claimed that suddenly 2 players told her the same thing. When I asked her about it she became defensive. She works for Canzano, not Jaynes.

I'm suspect on anything she reports because it seems to follow a pattern of one-upsmanship, someone reports 1 player says LMA is leaving, she reports 2 players told her he's leaving. Someone says LMA canceled his cable TV, she reports he's selling his house. She's not saying anything new, just retelling previous stories with greater spin.

That's right, LMA is homeless. He'll soon be living an off the grid lifestyle down by the river.

I just came in from mowing both my front and backs lawns. But Canzano mowed only one of his. I know because my assistant stalks his house.

ZBO listed his house in 2012. :MARIS61:

NBA forward and former Portland Trail BlazerZach Randolph is close to selling his mansion near West Linn for almost $1.29 million.

According to Luxe Platinum Properties, the two-story, 5,321-square-foot home on Southwest Turner Road went on the market on Feb. 27 and is listed for $1,285,000. A sale of the home is pending.

The home was built in 2003 and was bought by Randolph in 2004 for $1,666,583. Clackamas County has the market value listed at $1,316,144. The home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a home theater and at one point was featured on MTV Cribs.

Z-Bo is looking to buy property in the Portland metro again.

Looking at the MLS listings today there aren't many properties that are more expensive than the one he has, or is now selling at $2.3m.

I imagine Zach knew he was going to be traded. I just don't think he probably knew where.

In retrospect I could be mis-remembering. It might have been an incoming player she helped. Regardless, this was back when MLS entries were harder to find online. And they can be a leading indicator.
