Here is the roster as it currently stands:

Lillard
CJ/Hendo
Aminu
Davis/Vonleh
Leonard/Plumlee/Kaman

Plus the unguaranteed deals of Crabbe and Frazier. Aminu is probably best as a stretch four, so that's 6 players that play the two frontcourt spots.

30 million in capspace and just about everyone is gone. We need some wings, some talent, some depth. It's a nightmare of a roster.

I'm sure plums starts.

LOL this roster....

Neil is probably getting ready to run, so there are probably no plans at this time.

I'm sure Olshey will sign Connaughton and maybe Diez

David lee and picks in a salary dump to us

Le sigh

1) Whiff out on signing Kanter

2) Settle for David Lee

3) Win 20 games

Sergio or Udrih

the 2016 draft is projected to be the worst in 15 years.

Crabbe, the Domer...use cap space on lopsided trade that netw ua youth or picks

We pretty much need one of CJ/Meyers/Vonleh to become a near star worthy player when they have barely shown themselves to be bench worthy.

Bahahah

Under the current dynamics, Don't know if I care. Don't believe they have the competence in the Front Office and maybe even ownership to get this right.

Here we are, right back to rebuilding again. One decent year to show for the last plan.

Can we get a partial refund on our season tickets? Good lord this is going to be a long season.

Yeah, I wonder if you get a discount refund, because they are definitely not worth what you probably already paid for.... ugh.

Right now I would try to trade for DeRozan. Sign Gerald Green.

Dame/Frazier
DeRozan/Hendo
Aminu/Green
Leonard/Vonleh
Plumlee/Davis

I wouldn't. He doesn't play winning basketball.

He's in the tier with Rudy Gay, Josh Smith, ect.

I wouldn't tinker much with the lineup. Let Frazier get a bunch of minutes, sign pat, keep the option with crabbe

And lose..I doubt there's any moves to be made to make this team significantly better

I would absorb Rudy Gay. Who gives at fuck at this point. We'll suck with or without him, at least we might be able to trade him for something later if he rehabs his value.

I'm not against that.

Leaving aside whether they can get DeRozan (I think Green would be a reasonable signing), I'd start Davis at power forward over Leonard and move Vonleh to backup center.

I would offer up Kaman/CJ for DeRozan. Supposedly they want to move him before he gets max money. Maybe that's not enough though :dunno:

Why start Davis and Plumlee over Leonard and Vonleh? If we're going to suck we should at least do it right by playing the guys with the most potential.

That would be an athletic and physical starting core. I like it!

Is Vonleh a power forward or a center?

Why don't we just pick up some UDFAS and just cut them at the end of the season.

Is Vonleh a power forward or a center?

He can be either. He's as tall as Ed Davis, though, and heavier. I just think Davis is a nice fit in the starting lineup with Lillard.
