Yes. I'm a social minority with a cheap car at least attempting to rough up the place a bit.

Given what my apartment cost, I doubt everyone here is rich. It's a pretty cheap place for inner NE.

Murray and TV highway for Arco and K-Mart, Albertson’s was Cedar Hills Blvd... all this is in 1990.

I get it; I’m not from the numbers. I don’t care about saying I’m from a neighborhood. All I know was growing up my neighbor ran a meth house, and we had Neo Nazis and a biker gang down the block on Rita Ave. I’m not gentrifying shit if my childhood/teen years have anything to say. But I get it.

Coincidentally it doesn't happen to be a brick 4 or 6 plex one level on the south side of Alberta? I can't remember for sure but my sister and brother in law moved into a small complex in that area after my brother in law got out of the army back in the early 70's and don't recall if it was Alberta or Prescott.

Yup, a brick 8-plex on the south side of Alberta. There’s dozens of them around.

wow, it might be the same place. That area has grown up a lot as further west on Alberta are a lot of nice shops and restaurants and then the Albina district on Mississippi has really grown. My son and fiance live off Rosa Park Way a couple blocks west of MLK.
