What a moron

How does it rank with speaking of 58 states?

It was 57, not 58, that he said. And what he meant to say was that he'd visited 47 states. Got the number wrong, but otherwise it made sense in context.

Whereas saying that the army secured the airports in the revolutionary war ... the context was the revolutionary war, so what was he trying to say instead of airports? Hair spots?

well, you have to follow his logic. The army was trying to secure all the United States for all Americans (as long as rich, white, and male), so obviously the war was fought to secure future airports. It was also fought to secure Blockbuster Video and Voo Doo Donuts

"One if by sea, Two if by land and Three if by AIR"

Danged if I know. The army in those days was mostly successful by avoiding the British longer than they cared to try. So perhaps staying out where the future Airports would be was the winning strategy?
Does that work?

Funny, I never think of myself as American when it comes to Revolutionary war history. Any family I had involved with that war were wearing Red coats, or Sailing British Frigates.

You left out his favorite restaurants:
MacDonald's;
Pizza Hut;
KFC;
Burgerville;
Wendy's;
and
Carl's Jr.
Not to mention Coca Cola.
Our healthiest President ever.
Did anyone mention the Trump hotels and golf courses?

I can't read Marzy's posts but since he responded I'm going to assume that he agrees with me about the restaurants and perhaps even Coke and Trump hotels and golf courses.

Why do liberal say shit like this? I mean, what does it do for you? Any thing more than a virtue signal?

what the fuck are you talking about? How many poor folk participated in the Constitutional Convention? How many of those attending owned slaves? How many Presidential elections did it take for women and blacks to have the vote? How many long fucking decades did it take for the 3/5th clause of the Constitution to get struck down?

some liberals say "shit like this" because it's generally true, and trying to pretend that the leaders of the revolution weren't products of their time is stupid. If they were so perfect back then the the Constitution could have stood the test of time without needing 27 amendments to address oversights, omissions, mistakes, changing times, and prejudice. And a lot of those amendments were put in to protect those who aren't rich, white, and male.

he got triggered when I said "rich, white, and male"

It’s not remotely close. If a person misspoke (which we have all done), that’s one thing. Being a bumbling idiot who makes things up, can’t pronounce simple words, replaces words with other words that arent interchangeable ...that is low IQ, stupidity, and something you don’t see usually from anyone in sort of important position. It’s shocking.

You seem to take it personally that those men did not create perfection. They may have created the best country in the world, but certainly not perfection.
I don't think the 3/5 compromise was exactly struck down, it was explicitly ended by the 14th amendment.
Rather nice foresight to include the amendment process, don't you agree?
We probably should try to use it more often, even today.

But still, that was over 200 years ago! Why does it help you say those things over again? How does it help? You or Who?

Does this mean, you won't vote for him?

It would be shocking if he hadn't made a career out of doing this. I am no longer shocked and expect it out of this idiot.

I keep waiting for the breaking news that this MF keeled over from a hamberder heart attack..

His blood must be Ragu...

Whenever Trump is slimed, I then think to myself and ask the question.....OK, who are the "overall" better alternatives at this point in time? Thus far, I'm drawing blanks.

Really, out of a country of 350 million people, you can't think of a single person who would be a better President?

That had a "legitimate" chance of becoming our next President? No.

Isn't that a bit circular though?

Nobody on the Republican side besides Trump has a legitimate chance because you've somehow decided that Trump is the best you can do.

I'm thinking Everyone. I'd take Pence over Trump.

Not circular at all. I'm 96.7% certain no other Republican will be getting into this race. I've always liked Kasich, though. Nah, what I'm saying is, I believe the Dems will somehow splinter themselves between left and "lefter". Quasi-Socialism still has its draw. Gonna be fun to watch.
