Maybe I'm a jerk, but one of my favorite things in the world is watching Westbrick look the ball into the hoop on a Logo Lillard 3. Maybe, it's just another way to appreciate Lillard.

Full Screen this video (posted above by @wizenheimer) and Watch Westbrook on this 1st 3 (remind anyone else the Thunder series?):

Dallas went into Indiana, without Doncic, and won. And unlike when the Blazers beat the Pacers, at the Moda, Indiana had Brogdon, Oladipo, and Turner. That's an impressive win for the Mavs. Two seasons ago they won 24 games, last season, 33. They have 31 wins already. They got good in a hurry

They do pretty well without Doncic these days.

Lottery picks can do that.

We got good in a hurry with Dame and CJ.

You have to pick the right players though

Dame was a big reason why Portland got 'good'...but you're giving CJ too much credit. Blazers won 33 games Dame's rookie season, then won 54 and 51 with Dame & Aldridge. Dame & CJ won 44 and 41, so Dame + Aldridge won 20 more games than Dame + CJ. But they won 49 & 53 with Dame & Nurkic, 17 better than Dame & CJ. In other words, the two worst seasons over the last 6 is when it was Dame & CJ

Oladipo and Turner have been pretty rough since returning from their injuries and Brogdon has been slumping for a while.

The difference from the 3 point line also is noteworthy...

DAL: 18/45
IND: 7/34

But regardless of all that, Dallas without Doncic still has quality ball handlers, a couple guys that had the ability to step into larger scoring roles (Hardaway Jr. & Porzingis) and play a scheme that with their level of shooting is tough to defend.

Ayton really struggles to play in a crowd (which is why he avoids it almost at all costs)

Ball protection is poor and doesn't handle physicality well and overall is just looks awkward in those situations.

And while his defense has improved, his positioning in PNR as well as recognition and reactivity as a help defender is still pretty poor. Also isn't a box out guy on the defensive glass--ties into adverseness to physicality.

Dallas won in Milwaukee and Philly without Doncic too. As for Oladipo, he was awful.

When you’re young and stupid... that’s Ja and Dillon Brooks lol. It’s alright, Blazers got this and will kick them out of the playoffs.

I don't see a thing wrong with what Morant and Brooks are saying. They are invested in their team as they are supposed to be. Meanwhile, the highest paid player on their team is not only saying he'll sit out the rest of the season unless he's traded, he's also saying that Memphis has to trade him to s team he's picked as acceptable. That's bullshit

yeah I thought Brooks was honest and at the same time NOT disrespectful.

"First time I seen him was on TV talking about us. It doesn't even matter. Andre Iguodala is a great player. I feel like he's doing the right thing for his career, but we don't really care.

"It's not a distraction at all. I laugh at that type of stuff. A guy that's on our team that doesn't want to be on our team, I can't wait till we find a way to trade him so we can play him and show him really what Memphis is about."

Morant shared Brooks' sentiment with the use of a shouting emoji on Twitter:

So why isn't Iggy being fined 1/82% of his contract every game he refuses to fulfill his side of the contract?

Probably because Memphis didn’t acquire him with the intentions of him actually playing for them, so they came to an agreement that he wouldn’t need to report.
