Yup you got that right. Those losses to the Rays have turned out to be huge...just think, if the Yanx had just won two of those lost games, instead of being 3 1/2 game out of first place, they'd be leading the Rays and the division by a 1/2 game and a full 1 game in the loss column.
Losses to Tampa were two dirty stains on the season. But for tonight lets hope we see J Happ instead of Mishap.

Just a side bar: 37 year old Brett Gardner does not want to end his career in front of empty stands.
He’d like one more year. If Cashman exits as Yankee GM, my advice to Mr. Gardner, go follow the guy
who brought you here. My friend, I feel your Yankee days are ovah!
Batting .198 ain’t gonna keep you in pinstripes!

How does Gardner bat 3rd in this lineup?
Makes one woonder who taught Boner how to male a line up.

The Boston lineup ain't wha it used to be but they do have some folks who can do damage. That being said a commendable performance by Happ this eveving.

Happ is cruising. No MisHapp tonight!

Congrats to JA Happ tonight. Pitched a beaut!

Nick Nelson completes the shut out. Again, Happ with a Gem....Tonight’s star of the game.
