How many do they need to win to make the playoffs?

A win is a win but J-rod really needs to get that back tightness figured out.

Nah we're not out of the top spot. Only 1.5 games back of the top spot. The odd part is TB and TOR are playing each other so I'm really torn on who I want to win. I think best case scenario is TB wins 3 of 4 and keeps us all within a game.

Our magic number should be 9 (any combination of oriole losses or Mariner wins).

I really want that 1 spot but we really needed to win both of those series. It's fucking annoying.

Julio gets an MRI tomorrow. I'm thinking he will be out 10 days. But we're the Mariners so I expect the worse.

It's terrible that I'm finding the silver lining, but as you said, we're the Mariner's so I expect the worst too.

First time in 19 years we've had back to back winnings seasons!!! Woooo!

Julio needs R and R. god I hope the MRI comes back ok. The last games should be a cake walk. Let Jared get some reps.

Blue Jays will probably hold on to the top spot. Especially if they win the series Vs TB. Might be better off with TB losing. That way mariners will have the best shot at it. Mariners finish season strong and then look at 1/2 wild card.

Let TB worry about the Orioles..

I don't think any of the three teams are gonna have to worry about the Orioles. The magic number is 9 with 13 to go. It'd take a damn miracle for them to catch up. They'd have to pretty much win out and we would have to lose all but 4. I know weve sucked but I hope we can manage (this is going on freezing cold takes, I can feel it lol).

Julio out 10 days which freaking sucks. Leaves him with 2 games to get back into form for playoffs if we make it (and again it'd take a miracle but I will always say if).

Mariners have fallen apart like a cheap suitcase. Just can't win easy games. blowing 11-2 leads? no no no. not a legit post season team

Y’all expect them to make the playoffs?

As much as I don’t care, it would be cool for them to make the playoffs after so many years. I always route for those teams as long as they aren’t against mine.

It'd be the biggest collapse in decades if so.

Orioles have to win 4 MORE games than the Mariners to overtake them in the last 9 games.

Which means if the Mariners just go 5-4 Orioles can't lose a game.

If Mariners go 2-7 Orioles have to go 6-3.

I hate it when I think the worst possible scenario seems plausible?
