I would be okay if it doesn’t cost much. He shoots a low percentage and doesn’t give much in terms of rebounding. He’s a decent defender though. I’m torn, but I said “sure”.
I voted if can get him cheap but it doesn't really make sense. I want the team to keep tanking so I don't want him right now and by summer he will just have one year left on his contract and I don't want him long term at a higher price, so I guess I should go change my vote.
I guess for Nurk it makes sense. I wouldn't give up a pick, and it doesn't seem like Detroit has another incentive to send him here.
I am holding out for Christian Wood at end of season. Hopefully somebody else also just as good; afterall we might have two lottery picks. Just need to wait.
He's defensively competent, has a good handle for a big and can really help with his length in the lane. But after watching more of his Pistons games this week, he loves to iso and just isn't very good on the jumper for his volume. I would hate to deal for him and then have to pay a max deal extension just to keep him.
I said very good player, but it’s really somewhere in between that and “sure, I guess” His offensive game is a lot like his dad’s. Which is better on a shitty team Defensively is why you want Grant. He has great length and good defensive instincts, while also liking the challenge of shutting down wing players
Don't care one way or another. But franchise needs to show Dame SOMETHING after trading literally everyone.
They will show him that $100 mil 2 year extension. That's all that matters now for him if we are being honest.
Would Grant and Hart really screw up the tank? Simons NAW Hart Grant Nurkic That doesn't look anything like the group that lost to Orlando last night. Hell they might even make a run at the playin.
It's Dame who likes Grant. They hit it off at the Olympics. It sounds like it would be an gesture of good will towards Dame and the fans after all this tear down. To actually get something good out of it instead of just cap space that 'might' be able to be used to improve the team.
