Really? She googles her name and gets message board admins to erase public internet pictures of herself erased from a message board? I guess in her line of work its probably not a good idea to have the bikini pics out there. Did she really message you or are you BS me.
Jessica Morkert from KOIN is hot. So is Kaitlyn Bolduc from channel 12. Morkert's a little carmel cutie:
Your a mod on another site? That website dirty is dedicated to slandering people anonymously. I thought you worked for a plastic surgeon or something.
Well, I do reputation management as well. basically find negative reviews and if I can find anything wrong with them, I can get them taken down. Lot of patients complain on message boards about specific doctors and its really easy to inform a moderator that their posts are defamatory and not based in fact. Some won't, but most will remove negative items if you have a reasonable argument. Basically what it comes down to is its easier for them to delete or edit posts than to deal with me.
Even if they have merit, they're bad for business. These reviews do damage in the range of hundreds of thousands of dollars for a single doctor in just a year in lost patients. So what's "fruitless" to you, is real cash. Was talking about this tonight in a meeting, there are guys out there..single practice docs spending $10 grand per month on SEO. There are guys spending $300k a year in marketing, but they're pulling down $4-5million a year. Technically, the bikini pic didn't have to be taken down. Kacey Montoya did not own the copyright on that picture, the photographer did. But for the moderators of this site, its easier to just say "yeah, I'll take it down" or have to deal with any further escalation. :MARIS61:
nothing really. If they are violating your copyright you can file a DMCA takedown notice. you can send a cease and desist letter from a lawyer. you can attempt to push the page off google search results. I usually say its an ex-employee or a competior who is trying to defame us. I've sent letters demanding IP addresses. If you bug them enough, eventually they just do it unless they are a well established company like yelp who deals with this stuff all the time. :MARIS61:
She has contacted me again and said there are two more here and so far I cannot find them. She is threatening me now.
and yeah, online reputation management is a real deal, i have a buddy that does the opposite, he just posts fake shit in forums/youtube/etc all day to get their clients higher/ more favorable on a google search
As near as I can tell, they're removed from SportsTwo. When you link to a picture here, the image is actually loaded from the origin server, not the S2 server. So she really needs to get that origin server (ebay in this case) to remove the image. Then you'd see a broken image in the S2 thread. I know we're all adults here (mostly) and appreciate her wishes to see the photos gone from the universe. That's her right, and we can only take action if someone's upset if we know about it.
Thats hilarious! So what can she do about pictures that she took. Its not like these were leaked or something. They are from her past career as a model.
