Fortescue looks like a solid prospect who should develop well with Perrault at BC.

Rangers put a priority on hockey sense and size it looked like.

Reading more about Perrault, his offensive skill is type 5 in this draft easy. Somewhere they showed a list of names who did similar things points wise in the league he did. The list of names was ridiculous. They are all NHL stars now. Hopefully, he polishes up his skating up a little and they teach him to play defense. More concerned about his defense. Skating is very overrated in the league right now. Stone sucks at skating and he's one of the best two way players in the league. You can find countless examples of NHL stars who weren't great skaters. Our team hockey sense wise is probably the dumbest team in the league. It's a problem. They are also pussies other than Trouba and Schneider. It seems the direction Drury is going in is to either get bigger players who are more physical and aren't stupid on the ice or to look for a player like Perrault who has elite hockey sense and world class offensive skills. Othmann probably will need AHL time. I would like to see Cuylle and Edstrom all season on our 4th line. I guess you could put Vesey there but I'd rather see Goodrow on that line as he could help the kids develop more.
