    Talk to an election attorney....

...I don't have to... you made the claim that what Trump tried to do which was file a suit about something that was already law, happens in every state...that's simply not true but if you can actually back that up, I'm all ears.

doesn't matter now Ron. But my point was that, to be correctly characterized, was that legal challenges occur state-wide in all states leading up to and through the election cycle and this happens in every state. I know attorneys that volunteer here in CA polls and they say there are always motions being filed and that states, districts has judges on election duty to expedite addressing issues. This has essentially been our system since 2000 election lessons.

...again, Trump filed a senseless and frivolous suit implying voting fraud...even the judge was annoyed.

... you're talking about something entirely different...but yeah, I suppose this makes me a "Clinton Schill"?...lol

...as far as Trump goes, I'll wait for the ether to wear off and the eventual "buyer's remorse" sets in.

When haven't we had buyers remorse since 1976?

...no doubt the polls fooled us..damn sure fooled me...hell, one site said that Clinton's odds of winning were over 90%.

...I have to assume that some of Trump's votes came from people who were not fond of his antics, but despised Hillary even more. Luckily, he's have both the House nas Senate in his favor but I wonder if he'll carry a grudge against those who trashed him...guess we'll see.

...Trump boasts that he's "not a politician" but the fact is that being the POTUS is a political position and I guess we'll also see how well he handles it.

..."the wall" ain't gonna happen but I'd like to see some sort of firm immigration policy put in place. I don't mind someone coming to this country to better themselves but at least make them pay their fair share of taxes like the rest of us. But at the same time I cannot wrap my brain around so many freeloaders being on government cheese when these people should be able to perform the jobs that are given to immigrants.
...I also like to see the ACA either repealed or amended so that it makes sense and does not penalize the middle class...as far as the rest of Trump's bold campaign promises, I'm not buying it.

    ...Reagan.

...and fwiw, my "disdain for Trump", as you put it, is still there...sorry, but I'm not going to flip flop just because he won the election...and until he actually achieves real broad significant "change" as he's promised, I'm not going to suddenly start fellating him..until then, I award him no points.

...does this arbitrarily make me a "Clinton Schill"?...of course not. Nor does it make me a sore loser...I just don't believe his "Art of the Con" BS...I hope I'm wrong about him, I really do.

Looking at his voting coalition, it seems he carried those that suffer net loss from globalization. Now the US has benefited positively (on NET) from globalization, but a huge swath of folks were left behind. Based on pro Trump people I know, this characterization makes some sense.

He's got a 2 year honeymoon period. The court will stay conservative, Obama legacy gets unwound, things like 2A more secure. He's gonna pick up support if he stays the course.

Didn't wan't to reveal his taxes for many reasons, one being: legal tax loopholes; which would show he's been a social leech feeding on the blood of taxpayers.... now how's a leech gonna' help America; without lining his own pockets first; or those of his moronic fkng retarded kids/son's more-so...???

personally I think trump will be good for the libertarian agenda where that feeds in well with populist agenda. its all going to come down to the team he surrounds himself with.

my list of 10 things to watch:

1-the supreme court vacancy(s) are a big deal. if he follows his list, courts secure for 2-3 generations.
2-obama care/health care reform huge opportunity for 2010/2012/2014 congress class to deliver the promise.
3-immigration reform...the wall - former more important than later. but he's a builder and buildings are symbols.
4/5-fed vs states rights; 2A secure from federal perspective, education back to the states would be great place to start.
6-infrastructure and jobs - interesting strategy. we have no deep pool as in the past of skilled laborers. infrastructure projects develops this potential.
7/8-foreign policy & trade - going to be interesting to see the art of the deal on a broader stage.
9/10-rebuild military, war on terror - CinC mantle will be interesting to see this evolve

    ...^^^This.

    ...I've always believed that the secret to business success is to;

    1. Surround yourself with talented people.

    2. Pay them well.

    3. Allow them to do their job.

bet Christie is the first one to dive under the desk, for his dog bone...

I'd prefer states to fend for themselves with many things.
Tho' I have no faith at all in Ca, to ever be able to pull that one off. This state tho' has shown me its inept to execute anything, especially education; ie Prop 13.

That, and lets build a wall on all ends of South Central, East L.A. and Pacoima areas, just to name a few of many...
