Mitt said he'd endorse Weld if he were the presidential candidate a while ago, and that he'd consider supporting the ticket. But I haven't heard anything from him since.

He said the devil is in the details, he's a skeptic, and if it's crony capitalism he wouldn't. Based upon what he's been told, he would.

In general, I do favor free trade and free trade agreements. That said, what they all lacked is that the other side allow collective bargaining and international unions to operate.

    Also crickets.

As in, Denny, you post hundreds of anti-Hillary messages, dozens and dozens of pathetic attempts to defend Trump, but yet very little at all about your Johnson. Why?

Is it that you don't know anything more about him than the rest of us? Is there nothing to say?

Or you think maybe everyone would be less likely to vote for him if they actually knew his positions and what he had to say?

You'd rather hold Trump's tiny hand than wave your Johnson around. Why?

I think people would vote for Johnson if they knew his positions and what he has to say. Period.

He's more liberal than liberal republicans like Romney or GHW Bush or Nixon. I talk about republicans here because he ran for governor as a republican, and he's not a democrat. He's fiscally responsible, more than most republicans or democrats.

I've repeatedly said I'm voting for him. I took pictures of my ballots where I voted for him in 2012 and the primary this year, and posted it.

I encourage people to vote for him constantly.

Regardless of my dislike for both the major party candidates. And I do hate Hiliar for good reason.

You have missed all the KKK pictures I have posted suggesting they are Trump rallies.

Or you are simply making shit up again.

Are you smarter than a 5th grader?

Women have been prosecuted for it under child abuse laws and often have had their babies taken from them for it.

johnson pros and cons in my opinion

    pros

immigration (let illegals become citizens, let them cross to work by day, go back at night, etc)
Foreign policy (non-interventionist, scale down overseas bases)
civil liberties (legalize drugs, legalize prostitution, speak out against our "allies" who stomp on human rights)
crime (end the drug war, shrink our prison system)
education (end government backed student loans, reduce the price of schooling through the free market)
    pro marriage equality
pro separation of church and state
against death penalty as public policy, exceptions are rare but exist
advocate for term limits in congress
    get rid of patriot act
    end torture
end aid to Israel, other countires

im undecided on his ideas on:

    flat tax/ no income tax
    he opposes net neutrality
energy (im not necessarily against nuclear, but it is just steam power. we can do better)
    global warming
    healthcare

    cons

    for nafta, tpp
    for tort reform
for citizens united, but wants transparency
    against minimum wage
    privatized/ restrict social security
    privatized prisons
    ayn rand fan

That is total bs. I don't know anyone who thinks that way or raised their sons that way. Nobody.

But you don't put any effort into it. 3RA1N1AC's post #50 here contains more Johnson meat than any of your posts. Seems odd to me. Your hate for Clinton seems much, much stronger than your love of Johnson.

He hasn't put much effort into it either.

We are going to win this time if people choose against the other two. Bashing democrats and republicans has always been the Libertarian way, because ... they deserve to be bashed. I can think of 20 trillion reasons why.

Yeah... well, you aren't going to win this time, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

And maybe you are right - maybe Libertarians don't stand for anything other than bashing others.

But that's why you'll continue to lose elections.

I'll say this for Gary Johnson...he hasn't annoyed me to death with a money pit campaign or played Triumph the insult comic dog to death...he's the Zen choice...let them beat each other up and quietly garner the sanity vote. I'm convinced Trump cannot beat Hillary period..he's getting exposed and has just stuck his foot in his mouth too many times. I pretty much agree with Johnson's plan after reading up a bit. I would like to see a third party get a boost in the standings...maybe even be allowed to join a public debate for a change.

    Progress.

From < 1% to 1% to ~10% the last 3 elections. Even if that 10% turns out to be overly optimistic, it's the right direction.

The people are wising up to your kind.
