We went through a spell of working through all the Toho Studios Kaiju movies when my older kid was younger and I've got to say that the original Godzilla (Gojira) is pretty awesome (with one of the all-time great soundtracks), but my favorite of the less-horrific ones is Mothra. That whole backstory with the two little fairies who call her, and the "Moth-uh-raAH" song - bizarrely great.I have a copy of the original Japanese Godzilla vs Mothra.....classic black and white horror film
Some issues there, methinks. The Adventures of Milo and Otis
A deranged masterpiece. Based on the italian comic strip Dylan Dog, whose creator actually based the look of his character on Rupert Everett, so them casting him in the movie was pretty much perfect.Dellamorte Dellamore (Cemetery Man)
I must try again with Argento. Wasn't grabbed by Suspiria and gave up on it.Suspiria
One of those movies I'm scared to watch. Funny to see Michael Rooker now appearing in Guardians of the Galaxy movies.Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
Another of those movies.Martyrs
The Babadook

In spite of some obvious low budget limitations, I found the atmosphere to have that rare feeling of a genuine encounter with the uncanny. Just like 'The Shining'. And that Goblin score is creepy as hell.must try again with Argento. Wasn't grabbed by Suspiria and gave up on it.
I want to see this - just been restored after long being thought lost. James Whale's middle movie between Frankenstein and Bride:
Okay, I'll start:
American Werewolf in London
The Thing
Evil Dead II
Dawn of the Dead (original)
Alien
Just missing the cut:
Dead Alive (if you haven't seen Peter Jackson's ultimate zombie movie, you should really check it out)
Tremors
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (original by Don Siegel)
Cat People (original by Jacques Tourneur)
Island of Lost Souls
Re-Animator
Night of the Living Dead
And a couple of slightly more obscure recent ones: the movie that was called The Revenant a couple of years before the DiCaprio one, plus Housebound
A Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors
Evil Dead II
Shaun of The Dead
Troll 2
Creepshow 2
The Thing (Kurt Russell)
Aliens
The Day the Earth Stood Still (both versions)
The Fly (Goldblum version)
War of the Worlds (Cruise)

I forgot the Tom Cruise version of War of the Worlds. Great horror flick.
Do horror videos count?
I figured he should have at least had an old points distributor laying around for the Mustang. At least they didn't wreck tons of them making the movie. That air horn was just the touch.

I thought it could have been the story of Greg Oden's knee rehab.Ordered it, watched it. It's awesome!

When I was really young (amazed to remember), Kronos freaked me out. I had nightmares for a long time and will probably get them again since I mentioned it. A large geometric cube with a pile driving cylinder smashing humans was upsetting to me. Check it out on utube. Only this could freak me out more.>View attachment 18880 View attachment 18881
Since then, I have an aversion to geometry.lolHey, I was a kid when I saw Kronos. We were moving into a new home and I had to walk home alone from the movie theater to my new house, but my parent's had not moved in until the next day. I stayed awake all night with the light on. Looking back on it, it as a pretty hokie movie with nothing to scare me yet I was petrified that night. Think I was about 9.
