Yeah there's no way it happens unless it's a 3 team deal

Chicago does have Charlotte's 2016 1st fwiw

I agree about Noah -- We're rebuilding so bring in an older player?

this is just typical this time of year BS, stories manufactured to fill the Twittersphere

Agree. Why would he want to go to Chicago? They have Rose, but who knows how effective he'll be after the injury. And Portland has Rose Jr!
Chicago's roster would have to take a huge hit to get LaMarcus.
If LMA did have a choice, my guess is that it would be the Spurs. Close to his hometown, they have Parker and Leonard, and a great coach. Duncan will retire.

The problem with Chicago is they don't have what we would presumably be looking for in an Aldridge trade, unless they included Deng, and we sent him somewhere as part of the deal

I don't know if I can stomach another 3-4 years of suckage with a youth movement

This smells like another one of those bullshit campfires.

When you're trading your "franchise" player you want long-term assets.

Preferably around the age of Lillard.

Noah isn't that.

Let's hope Aldridge doesn't CP3/D12 the Blazers, aka only accept a trade to a couple teams.

He doesn't have a no-trade-clause, and he has two years left on his deal, so he can suck it.

No to Noah.

See my post in the other thread, Lets assume the Blazers trade Aldridge.

If we trade LaMarcus - TANK!

Noah is locked up until 2016. He's one of the top defensive centers in the league and a guy that always leaves it all on the floor. He's a great veteran presence that is still in his 20's. It's not like we are talking about Tyson Chandler.

Tell that to CP3, Melo and D12.

All he has to say is he won't sign a contract extension and the team won't trade for him.

Word is, Aldridge wants to escape from Portland's rebuilding project and has made it known that he'd like to land in Chicago.

Haha
