I'll be posting my preview and recap stuff here in the OP and in the comments. I also have two bracket pools. One is a free one for Rip City Two members only (click here) and another is a personal one with a $20 buy-in with money going to the winner and maybe 2nd place (click here). You're welcome to join both!

For each region I choose Duke, Virginia, Gonzaga and North Carolina. North Carolina and Virginia for the Championship. Virginia to be the Champion.

I'll take Duke. I think they're on a roll now. It should be interesting though since they aren't good 3-pt or FT shooters.

All 1s? Haha.

And Virginia and UNC would play in the Final 4, not the Championship.

Women's Elite 8 in Portland - anyone going to cheer the Ducks?

I went to Final Four way back when it was in San Jose, although I had no connection to any of the four schools (Purdue, Duke, Louisiana Tech, Georgia). It's still a championship game and exciting, and I could just enjoy the show without worrying about results, unlike watching Blazers!

Nevada makes a splash, but UNC wins.

Hard-core fans could attend early round games in Eugene and Corvallis this weekend, as well as the regional in Portland the next. If I had the means, I'd totally do it.

Usually not really expensive.

Solid 14-person pool in the free RC2 one.

@TorturedBlazerFan & @MickZagger - I'm still hoping you guys join the $20 one. I was aiming for around 15 people.
Sorry I haven't filled one out, been a really, really busy week I've filled out a few free ones but I feel like If I'm going to spend money I should think about it. I have a few minutes now though so I'll jump on and give it a go, again sorry for taking so long.

It's all good man, every year people tell me they forget so I just try to be that annoying guy that reminds people so that doesnt happen.

Charles and Kenny faking their way through the tournament is so funny each March.

The evening session tickets for game in Des Moines are going for like $15. Was tempted to drive 2 hours and go, but I just don't care about the teams playing. All the Iowa and Iowa State fans bought up the tickets a couple months ago hoping one of those teams would play there and now having a hard time getting rid of the tickets.

Madness starts now... I’m going for another Duke vs UNC final game and Duke winning it all.

This Louisville vs Minnesota game is a pretty boring start to the tourney. Both of the teams being middle of the road big conference teams makes me not care about either.

Duke has been known to have great teams in the past and break down once the reach the final four or in the championship.

It's been a pretty decent game so far though. Started v...e...r...y slow, but they've really picked up the pace.
