With his handles, change of pace, ability to set himself up with open mid range jumpers and can finish at the rim. He reminds me a lot of Brandon Roy.

This is true. I see some Beal in him too.

That percentage has more to do with inconsistent minutes earlier in the season. Now that he's in a rhythm, he's been money at the line.

Brian Wheeler said before last night's game he was just over 60% at the line this season.

What I love in CJ is is that double or triple stutter step to get into the paint. Kind of like Rod Strickland used the stutter step drive.

He's only played in 99 games in his career. Give it the full 246 games before you try to point out his ceiling.

I definitely see CJ as coach after he retires.

He's playing better than Lillard which is great because the Rockets/Grizzlies will put all their defensive attention on Lillard while CJ will roam free. I can't wait for the playoffs.

My buddy was at the Utah game sitting 5 rows back Near Neil Olshey. He heard Olshey state his irritation with Dame not wanting to take time off. He also had his own CJ comparison that I fully agree with:

We need to get to a stage next year when Dame and CJ can play together without being complete sieves defensively. Holy shit, that backcourt is probably the worst defensive tandem in the league.

    Offense looks real good tho

If Stotts thinks he needs time off, that's good enough for me.

If any player on this team needs a breather, it's Dame. The guy is stubborn and driven, but at this point he may be driving himself into the ground, and our playoff chances with him. If his ego won't let him break his consecutive game streak, at least cut his minutes way down these last two games.

Yup! Been calling for his minutes to get slashed for a while now. Let him recover this week from all the nagging injuries. What sucks is without LA in the lineup, he expends even more energy than normal. Very frustrating

I think you can see on many of his long threes he (Dame) doesn't have the same range of motion, lift and form as last year. I still think that Wade collision hurt him.

I was thinking a combination of Kareem, Jordan, and Lebron.

He reminds me of Taureen Green. Now go get us some of those four wins we're still owed!
