NO chose to add Quarterman to the roster for $543K (minimum) rather than give that money to Mo.
I presume it is so he can be cut to keep us under the cap should some of our guys earn incentive bonuses. I imagine Dame gets a bonus for making the all star team, for example. Didn't Festus sign an incentive laden contract? It wouldn't surprise me if some of the players (Aminu ,Mo) have bonuses for making the all defense teams.
And so on.

Actually, I think we're over the LT. We will get under by the end of the season, when that matters.
And Mo is starting at ~$9M, I believe.
So basically ~$1M over.

I'm pumped. The final piece has fallen into place.
I still think there will be a trade, but this has to be the most versatile team we've had since the late 90's.
