I want a coach who holds his players accountable on the court, a more hard nosed guy, but still respected in the locker room.
Ironically a guy like Nate McMillan would be nice (with a more modern offensive philosophy of course). Who that is? Idk.

Only thing I could see is if Stotts gets sick or has a big medical emergency, but no one wants him to get ousted that way.

Kids, kids kids - We lost our starting center and our starting 4. We are incorporating 7 new players. Last year the team went to the WCF.
Stotts isn't the problem and he isn't going anywhere in the next few years.

Wouldn't thatbe fun to have assistant coach exlusively for young players? Coach, that would work with Ant, Collins, Nassir, Skal as a future of Blazers. At the same time let Stotts waste Lillard's time if it has to be. I got no hope for this team under Stotts as it always depends of players FG only and it was never his fault or glory if we win or lose. It's on Dame and CJ FG. Now with Melo shooting 14 on very first game, what will lead to nights with 6/27 at some point, Stotts can stay home and tell them to play ISO as usuall.
