BREAKING: Porn star Ron Jeremy is charged with raping three women and sexually assaulting another
  • Charges were announced against porn star Ron Jeremy, 67, on Tuesday
  • He has been charged with the sexual assault of four women, the LA DA said
  • Jackie Lacey's office said prosecutors are recommending bail at $6.6 million
  • He faces a possible maximum sentence of 90 years to life in prison in convicted
  • A number of women had already accused the porn veteran of groping them
  • That led to Jeremy being banned from most of the industry's high-profile events
  • Jeremy recently made headlines for asking the public to help save his tree
  • The 67-year-old tweeted photo of himself hugging a tree on May 16 with the caption: 'I need your help. help me save my tree'
Porn star Ron Jeremy was on Tuesday charged with raping three women and sexually assaulting another.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey said the adult movie star is accused of forcibly raping a 25-year-old woman at a home in West Hollywood in May 2014.

He then allegedly sexually assaulted two more women, ages 33 and 46, on separate occasions at a West Hollywood bar in 2017.

The porn star, full name Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, is also accused of forcibly raping a 30-year-old woman at the same bar in July 2019.

The District Attorney’s Office said it also declined a case against Hyatt 'due to insufficient evidence stemming from an incident in 2016'.

In a statement they said: 'Prosecutors are recommending bail at $6.6 million.'

Seems fishy he is accused of it twice from the same bar in a 3 year span. Maybe someone from the bar has it out for him?

Maybe he's friends with the owner--who's also complicit, in some regard--and thought his disgusting actions were sanctioned/protected in said establishment?

But, yeah, let's definitely go to bat for the Sleaze-Ball known as Ron Jeremy! LOL!

Or maybe he has a favorite hunting grounds.

Or maybe the bar owner likes having a "celebrity" and gives him free drinks.

I can think of many reasons why the same bar that doesn't involve thinking the women are lying.

I once went on a date with a girl that "ran the door" at Ron Jeremy's club in Portland. One date, that was enough for me. We did not hook up. I probably still have some NSFW pics she sent me somewhere though.

I don't think you're going to bat for him.

I just thought it was odd you think these women's statements to investigators are "fishy" so I politely provided other explanations of why this accused criminal might have returned to the scene of the crime multiple times.

Was the bar the only indictment or accusation? Did I say it all seems shady?
I was only commenting on the 3 year span at the same bar is all. That seems shady.

To me, to have a gap like that it just seems that maybe the first accusation is crap, or he would be watched closely from then on and not be put into a position to have it happen again?

But hey, since we have all hung out with him and know he is a sleaze, we can also just assume the worst about him... then I would fall more in line with the trend?

I just want to fit in after all.....you know.. just assume the worst.

Lots of sexual assault victims don't come forward.

Lots of sexual predators will go years between assaults.

There is a big difference between hearing rumors about someone and the police actually charging them.

The police have investigated and the DA thought there was enough evidence to charge him.

And I get it. that's why I didn't comment on the other accusations. He may very well be guilty. Just seems odd to have a gap of 3 years at the same place is all. I don't see it all that far fetched that he could be guilty, but also have some one out for him.
Or hell... having someone protect him too.

I'm just saying it seems fishy.

Not taking sides.

Not if he'd gotten into 3 fights. Q: Why is the sentence for knocking up a woman a hundred times as long as for knocking up a man?
