I wonder if there's anything we could add outside of Nas to make T Harris + Thybulle work? We don't really have any other traceable assets that would fit other than Roco, who I would really hate to give up.

    (Scottie Barnes)

This was just the first few games of the season. It got better. He can be very disruptive (tremendous wingspan), is a good distributor and has seemingly a ton of potential to get better.

Scottie is one of my favorites too. I have my questions about him, but his motor and intelligence make him very intriguing. If he shoots a little, he's a starting 4 on a good team long term.

This draft is actually pretty flush with interesting wing and forward types even into the late first / early 2nd.

Fits the Draymond role with more upside.

It'll be interesting to see what his rebounding and rim protection looks like outside of FSU's defensive system.

They often used him at the point of attack and switched a ton on and off the ball so we didn't get a great sample of him doing those things.

If he's not able to play center much at all though and his shooting doesn't come along (I'm fairly optimistic it'll be ok enough), his projection gets a little murkier. Still a guy that finds a way to make an impact regardless though imo.

Josh Giddey with his third triple double. This time with NBA scouts sitting in the stands, who went through two weeks in quarantine to get into the country to watch him.

    https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id...-100-seniors-nba-preliminary-early-entry-list

With just a senior class that big, plus being the "double draft" with HS'ers allowed back in, there's sure to be some decent players going undrafted. I wonder if that played into the team's willingness to part with this upcoming draft pick in the RoCo trade? The 2nd round gems they usually look for might now be draft invitees.

Drew Timme, for example, is ranked #77 by ESPN:

    https://www.espn.com/nba/draft/bestavailable/_/position/ovr/page/4

If that's indicative of the talent level expected to slide outside the top-60, that's as good as a late 1st round pick in a weak draft.

Better start checking out 2nd rounders, as we have lost our first rounder.

    We don't have a 2nd rounder either.

We get to relish in the fact that we traded 4 1st round picks for Collins and RoCo.

    Cooper’s measurements:

    6’3.5” w/o shoes
    6’4.75” w/ shoes

    He’s been listed at 6’0”-6’1” so this is mind boggling — I’m betting it’s a mixup/mistake

This is the (realistic) prospect I want Neil to target in this draft :bwpopcorn:

    Use Anfernee as trade bait.

Here's a game: are we going to acquire a pick, and if so whose?

Thinking of becoming an off-season OKC/Houston fan. I love the draft, and those guys own all of the picks.

Come on, now. You know perfectly well that Neil won't trade Ant except under extreme circumstances.

That being said, thanks for the note, I'll look into Cooper.
