They've also over counted their sub 40 year old population by about 100 million since they were born...

Get ready for more Chinese deaths per year.

That's where SARS came from, IIRC. But that was back when investigators could go walk around wet markets and buy samples to test and track.

Unfortunately Xi was so terrified of COVID-19 that he shut down all of the wet markets and destroyed a lot of the trail.

According to experts, genetically, COVID-19 appears to have evolved naturally. There are no signatures of genetic modification.

New data links Covid-19’s origins to raccoon dogs at Wuhan market

As someone who got long COVID after getting COVID from the original strain back in January of 2020 (yay for the company I work for having a Wuhan office who happened to visit early in January), you DO NOT WANT long COVID. I couldn't walk all the way around the block without feeling like my heart was going explode. I still can't do even 25% what I used to be able to. My thinking was muddled and disorganized for years after, only now getting back to a reasonable level. I was suicidally depressed, a hoarder with thousands of dollars in debt because nearly every aspect of my body and mind as I just tried to exist in my own fucking apartment were compromised to a level I'd only seen in my great grandparents just before they died of Alzheimer's. I couldn't cook, I couldn't wash dishes, I couldn't take out the garbage. I lived alone like some 90-year old hoarder. I was convinced I had months to live at best. I was ready to die.

It got better (moving to a new apartment helped) but for the fucking love of god don't risk it. Don't get COVID. Don't risk that you'll experience hell. If you see people out in the wild still wearing N95's and staying away from people, be understanding: it's possible that they got long COVID once, or are aware of how debilitating it can be.

Sorry to hear this. It sounds like you went through hell. This is why I am scared to catch covid. I know the odds are low of it becoming long covid. But for me, any chance is enough for me to always wear an N95 mask, and keep contact with other humans to a minimum when I go out and about.

I am autistic and recovering from chronic burnout. In early 2019 while dealing with health issues, I lost my abilities for nearly 4 years, as well as my sense of smell, taste, my ability to communicate properly. My sense of touch was off, water didn't feel right anymore. My equilibrium was off so badly I had to walk everywhere slowly for fear of walking into a door jam. I had the worse feeling in my head, the equilibrium problem was so bad sitting in a chair, I could feel every movement of my body, inside my head. I couldn't tell how hot my food was and burned my mouth too many times. I had the short term memory of a turnip. Every facet of my life was impaired. I had days when I couldn't do my chores or cook my meals. It was a living hell I didn't think I was every going to recover from.

I am mostly recovered now. After living through what I went through. I have nothing but fear of ever catching long covid and going through anything similar ever again.

If these people want to kill them selves that’s on them but giving it to kids should be a visit from CPS.
