How many games do you predict the Blazers will win on this road trip?

If the Blazers are really 'improved' after acquiring Hood/Kanter, this is a game that can be a litmus test. The Celtics are not playing well, have lost 3 games in a row, and are on the 2nd of a back-to-back after getting blown out last night versus the Raptors. I don't expect a win against Toronto on the road as they are playing and an elite level. However, a #5 seed that is going in the wrong direction and that played last night?

This is a chance to see if the Blazers have really made strides. A number of times the Blazers have lost to teams on winning streaks and it was rationalized as the 'other team was due', but this is the stretch run. If Portland is going to depart from the team they were the last two seasons, it is games like this against a good/struggling team that may give us an idea that this is different.
Just going to take the other side of that for the fun of it.
You could also say the Blazers are on the third game of the trip now and they have been on the road for a week. So anything is possible right? Even getting on the wrong elevator?

For pure entertainment purposes it would be interesting to see how the Celtics would react to Nurk, Kanter and Collins going in the with the sole intent of riling them up. However, as a long time Blazer fan it feels like playing with fire.
That is playing with fire and I would not do it.

If we lose this game it doesn't define the season by any means. Just like the newly ordained (best coach in the league Stevens, after pops) knows that his team is struggling, but also knows the level they can play at and turn it around quickly. Your right going down the stretch its nice to get statement games, especially on the road. If they win tonight, they probably lose in Toronto, if they lose tonight I pick em to get that statement game against Toronto.

The Toronto game is going to be extremely tough. They had an easy win last night at home and don't play again until their next home game against the Blazers. They will be extra prepared and rested

I hope we blow the doors off of them.
Also, all I can think about when I see the Celtics falling apart is this...
Why would AD want to join *this* team?
What happens when Kyrie leaves?
And what happens when it's time for Mr. Danny Ainge to offer the moon to New Orleans in exchange for a 1 year rental of AD?

We should win this game. The Celtics are in a free fall. They're about as mentally stable as the Lakers are at the moment, it appears.
I think it's very unlikely they win this game, especially if you listened to post game interviews last night.

It’s OK if we take an L tonight, I’m not going to be mad just as long we beat Hornets and Grizzlies.

But remember. They have the best coach and the best GM.

The Memphis game does not look as easy as I thought a few weeks ago. I know the Lakers are not playing well but I watched that game and a Conley. Bradley . Holiday, Rabb, and Valanciunas lineup is not too shabby.

The Hornets are pretty good at home as well. No easy games left on this trip so we should beat Memphis.

My body is ready.

Let's hope we don't shit the bed in the 3rd quarter this time. That was REALLY annoying.

Net rating over last 10 games:

Blazers: +8.8
Celtics: -1.9

Is it just me or does Enes seem like a really nice dude?

He is, but he gets a LOOOOOT of crap, from what I've seen, on social media. Pretty sad. But I suppose that comes with the territory.
