I understand your frustration. It appears that most people either did not view the clip of Olshey or did not really listen.
Also think that some have misunderstood a lot of it. I can understand being upset about the organization trying to play both sides of the fence though.
Here is the interview. The one glaring inconsistency is Olshey saying they wanted as many healthy bodies as available so he let Skal go. But he didn't replace him. The rest seems to be on Jody as he says specifically she didn't want to give up assets or players to try to improve this team and stop future growth. It's funny because this doesn't seem like all the interview??? I seem to remember him saying something about not moving skal just to enter the buyout market? maybe there is another? https://www.nba.com/blazers/video/2020/02/06/neil
Here is a transcript of the Jaynes interview- https://www.blazersedge.com/2018/2/...ey-interview-noah-vonleh-salary-cap-contracts
That one is from 2018. The link to the video you posted was just a list of all the videos for me as well.
Oops posted the wrong link? The one that says Neil is of Neil this year. But you have to wait for the commercial.
No video comes up for me just a list of all their videos. Maybe it's just my phone. I've noticed that I can't find most of the interview they played on TV, only a snippet.
Okay, I looked on my computer and the link works but yeah this isn't the full interview. Olshey must have gotten it scrubbed off the internet.
The second video was with Dwight Jaynes. https://www.nbcsports.com/northwest/video/olshey-we-have-team-were-gonna-compete
I specifically remember him saying he would not waive Skal and look into the buyout market. But that part is not there any longer.
