In my short time here I've noticed several posters who only show up after losses. That is true of any forum though.

The Doug guy was one of the 4 who came at me last summer remember. Nonstop. I was informed a couple months ago but your bones friend that he quit “because of The HCP” . Mystery solved. Couldn’t handle girlfriend/wife jokes and blurry pics. Too bad he left, hasn’t been the same without him.

It is either an HCP joke, an anti-woman joke, avatars with some woman (I think, it could be a 12-year old boy) mooning us. On occasion, I pop in to see if anything has changed but it never does. A pretty solid Blazer fan who I wish would post more. One of the things I think about as we do things here is how to balance getting in new folks, getting them integrated without making it seem as if we're one big Jr High clique, while keeping the core forumites happy. Many people like the camaraderie. Many people just want to be friends with John and see many of the cool kids busting on him, so it perpetuates. Some have an innate dislike of the class clown and are brooding contrarians. It's cool, we like all types here. @Scarlett Black , if it helps with one of the things, I haven't had avatars or sigs turned on since 2008. Now, that doesn't help with the sometimes-sophomoric humor, but if there's a way to get more diverse (read: non-sophomoric) blood posting I'm for it.
No, not anymore. She came out and admitted to posting under a bosnianbeast or something like that. But the OT forum is an interesting place sometimes.
