Why would you fire him if it's not his fault?B and C.
After tonight 58-91....if Stotts had that record you'd be screaming to fire him. Chauncey said recently that he's still learning to coach.....that's not Dame's window...that's a coaching project. Dame deserves the best available coachB and C.
Sure seems like the players are playing to get him fired tonight

I don't think Phil Jackson would have us turning 16 double digit leads into losses.Do people in here think that Phil Jackson would have a winning record with the guys available that Chauncey has had?
Crazy part is he actually has a fairly experienced assistant in Brooks. He still gets completely out coached.I am all for giving coaches time, but our offense and defense are trash. He consistently gets out coached. His substitutions are awful. His in game adjustments are non existent.
It would not make me the least bit sad if he were let go
You may not want a debate, but you're clearly wrong. There is no metric according to which Chauncey has shown himself a superior coach to Stotts. There's no debate at all that Chauncey is vastly superior than Stotts. No discussion at all. But if he got let go I wouldn't be sad either.
"Experienced" is not the same as "good."Crazy part is he actually has a fairly experienced assistant in Brooks. He still gets completely out coached.
The weirdest thing to me is how coy the franchise has been about tanking since the All Star break
At tanking, for sure. There's no debate at all that Chauncey is vastly superior than Stotts. No discussion at all.
But still in the play-in!
