I think enis kanter is an easy get, if someone maxes him.

Any other free agents people think would be more than a fringe NBA player let me know and I'll add them.

Well, I mean Harris, Jackson, delly, and shump are definitely "available" with an overpay also.

Ewwwww max Kanter?!?! A team would have to be really desperate! Maybe Lakers after they strike the fuck out

Likely so, but a mini max 15 million-ish deal for a 18/8 guy is not going to look too bad when the cap goes up. Would be a trade chip still I'd say.

I think Lin and Rondo sign for more than MLE.

Kanter is going to get overpaid because the Thunder are desperate. I'd take Meyers over him since Legend at least seems to care on defense.

I'd look for rondo to take a one year, make good type deal to try and reestablish some value. Probably around 8-10MM.

He reminds me so much of a Hickson empty performer. Rebounds that he steals from teammates and scores that are normally garbage points. Taking him would be a huge mistake for any franchise for max.

You are right though, teams will be stupid enough to max the dude

Still young, and a MUCH better scorer than Hickson I'd say.

I don't like him for the blazers by any means but I see a market for him.

Anyone interested in Paul Pierce off bench? On that note, do we still have Dorell Wright?

Update the list to include Jimmy Butler as signed by Bulls. Right?

Draco: I had read that Utah was potentially looking (or were open to the idea) of trading Derrick Favors so they could clear cap to get Millsap back. Could be an interesting move if we lose LMA. Just a possible guy to add to the board.

Well I have him on highly unavailable. Supposedly he's deciding how long of a contract to agree to so they don't quite have an agreement in place yet.

Interesting; I hadn't heard that anywhere.

My list is really for crappier players that are available for cap space. Favors would be more similar to DeMarcus Cousins where they want a bunch of assets as well so I won't list him but thanks for sharing.

Why isn't there more talk about Beno Udrih...that guy is insane

It was a b/r report article talking about millsap. If they are trying to clear cap for millsap then we'd probably have to take on someone else's contract as well. (We also have that 3 million trade exception as well) Either way, just throwing a possibility out there, I know that's all these lists really are anyway.

I think those are moves we will make further down the road in FA. Offensively he'd be a great get though. I've liked him since he was in SAC. Always been a blazer killer.

Yeah that was one problem with the rigid Stotts sag the big man back defense last season. If we encountered an elite midrange shooting guard we were in trouble. Perhap that will change with more athletic bigs; and more athleticism in general.

My thought on players like udrih or even a back up SF such as dunleavy, pierce, prince (assuming LMA comes back and we are potential contenders) we would probably have the MLE to try to get one more solid vet to come off the bench. There is just so much to speculate about but it is all very interesting.

Beno isn't a free agent he has a deal with a non guaranteed contract worth $2,170,465 next season and gets $923k if wavied by 7-5-15. Nick Calathes will most likely entertain offers over seas. He had a stretch of games when he looked like a player that could get a 3-5 mil deal in the NBA if he had played that way consistently.

Updated list with signings so far. A lot of action here on the first day.

Cavs have spent $230 million today and that doesn't include possibly trading Brenda Haywoods nonguaranteed contract for more salary, paying Dellavedova, retaining JR Smith, or that kid from Akron.
