I have a scenario I wouldn’t mind seeing;

• Trade Moe Harkless, Al-Farouq Aminu, Caleb Swanigan, and the draft rights to Gary Trent Jr. to the Clippers for Tobias Harris.
• Split the TPE on JJ Barea and Jonathon Simmons.
• Sign Michael Beasley.
• Re-sign Ed Davis.

Yeah, but I’m curious who was PF when he was SF, I could see Griffin not being an ideal forward mate.

He never played on the same team as Griffin. They were traded for each other. The problem isn't his teammates, it's that he's a bad defender and isn't quick enough to guard SF's and conversely he doesn't have a quickness advantage when being guarded by most SF's either.

Yeah when Moe is dialed in from deep he is pretty good. But I have seen Harris have great games too though. Neither is very consistent.

Moe is good when he is on, but let’s be honest he is a 6 ppg scorer who sulks a lot.

He was playing really well until getting injured before the playoffs but he's been an early season no show for 2 years now...exit interview they told him he needs to show up in game one..

I think he would benefit from having a veteran wing to keep him motivated. ET isn’t that guy, a guy like Wes would’ve been great.

I think that's overpay for Harris for sure, but I don't hate him. Just don't expect him to be very good at the 3 spot. As a backup to Zach Collins at the 4? He's a rich man's Beasley.

I like Jonathan Simmons a lot. Still young, great size, can handle the ball and can shoot. He's at a pretty good bargain but who knows what Orlando wants to do with him. I'd love to have him as the starting SF.

I don't like Beasley but he can score. I'll give him that. He's also quite the knucklehead.

Definitely re-sign Ed and Nurk. I wouldn't mind taking a look at Hezonja with the tax MLE as well.

Idk, I think Harris is a guy who is looking for a home and team that wants him long term. He’s been traded so much.

I think we did and failed....pretty much the end of that attempt. Superstars have check lists of teams they'll play for....Lebron, Kawhi...remember Melo? Portland hasn't been on many of those...Whiteside was the last guy who had us as second choice....I think we'll end up with Beasley and a guy like Gerald Henderson..

Because it's completely different trading for someone who is simply in the last year of his contract and has a chance to stick around than someone who is leaving the Spurs organization and wants to go to LA.
