    works in what way? Just because salaries work CBA-wise doesn't make it a good trade

    that trade would put Portland 4M dollars into the tax and only 2M from the hard cap. For Barnes. Again I ask, why?

    Blazers are now 3-8 without Winslow by the way. Maybe they need a backup PG

    I was directly talking about a trade that had Portland's backup PG, Winslow going out as part of the trade.
